Don't you think it's great that when we are born we have a skeleton, and that as we grow, it grows with us? I think that's amazing. And did you know that we have muscles attached to the bones of our skeleton?
If you keep exercising while you're still young, you'll have a great chance of staying really healthy throughout your life. Besides, it can be great FUN exercising with friends in a team, or just a group of you. Try it!
