The Essex sample scheme of work for RE at Key Stage 2 has been revised to conform to the requirements of the new Essex agreed syllabus for RE (Religious Education in Essex).

The content of the lessons remains basically the same and the suggested activities for pupils have been subject to minor modification. New guidance is provided on criteria for assessment related to AT1 and AT2. Resource lists are no longer included in the scheme. Instead, space is provided for subject leaders in RE to list the resources available within the school to support each lesson.

The table below contains lesson plans for the Autumn, Spring and Summer terms (Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6).  

All lesson plans are in Word format and can be downloaded by right clicking, then selecting "save target as" from the menu.
